Travel plans change? Don’t worry, it happens all the time. That’s why we have a refund policy to make life easy for everyone.

If you need to change or cancel a reservation, you are welcome to do so up to 24 hours before your pickup time without a penalty.  All refunds and changes will be done via email.

If you booked through a third party partner and not with us direct you will have to call your booking agency and cancellation policy does override ours and will apply.  Some vendors will not give a refund but will allow you to use the value as a credit.

Note:  We are an online booking agency only and are not available via phone.  This is to lower cost so that we can pass the savings on to you.
